Balcony and garden-level deck

We decked the balcony and the garden-level terrace of a house in timber. The boards run right up to the sill of the glazed doors, laid with narrow gaps so that rainwater drains away. On a deck that takes sun and rain, regular care of the surface keeps the colour of the wood for longer.
